Was not impressed with the arrangement I order or the customer service. The women at the count was pleasant but the other women in the store was rude and unfriendly. I try to keep my business local and not order everything online but this attempt proved disappointing.

I was so excited to order flowers from here after some positive recommendations. However, the owner made what should have been a fun and exciting experience into me feeling very unwelcome. She told me that she doesn't have time to help me because shes too busy. She answered non of my questions and after a few minutes she handed me a magazine and went to the back to eat her lunch as I just stood there waiting for her to return. I guess that's how she does business.

My husband ordered flowers from this flower shop and had them sent to my work for Valentines day. I unfortunately was very disappointed with the flowers. I went onto the website to see what the flowers were supposed to look like and mine do not look like that :( My husband called to speak to the manager about the dissatisfaction and he spoke to a rude lady that told him to call back tomorrow to make his complaint. Thank you ! Flowers where a hit i have order over the years and they are always beautiful and always perfect Amber and her staff does a fabulous job i highly recommend them. Friendly and always welling to help thank you guys
