I haven't experienced Mountain High Disposal's business, yet, but I wanted to write a review for the outstanding sales rep, Guillermo (Alex). He knocked on my door on a hot day with the temps in the 90's with good cheer, a positive attitude and knowledge to answer my questions. He was courteous and thoughtful and if Mountain High Disposal can hire this kind of sales associate, I am sure to be pleased with their service.
I used to have Bunting Trash service at an Airbnb that I own in Greeley, and they were great. Now that Mountain High has taken over, my cans are ignored 1/2 the time and not picked up. My cans can't site directly on the sidewalk due to the bus stop right there and I can't place them on the busy 4-lane avenue in front. So I built a brick slab 3 feet from the sidewalk for the cans to sit on. I live 50 miles from the property so I can't drive up there every week (especially in winter) just to move the cans 3 feet so the lazy dr... read more

Where does one begin?
This company bought the company I was using. It’s now been three weeks and they haven’t picked up my trash even though I promptly paid my first invoice. I’ve called over six times, and was told it would be picked up the next day each time, until today when they said they would call me with a resolution in 24- to 48- hours. This company’s customer service is ridiculously bad and it’s obvious they don’t care about their customers.
Worst customer service ever!!! Trying to get a straight answer is beyond their comprehension!!! I’m soooo disappointed that Bunting sold out to them!!! I was with Bunting for 25 years and never experienced what I have in the past couple of months since Mountain High took over!!! I would give NO STARS!!!!
