Hazel is not only a knowledgeable, efficient professional, she is an amazing person. We are so grateful for the extended amount of time and all of her efforts that got out country home sold. I did not have high hopes for selling our home quickly. Perhaps I was ignorant to current market conditions. Our home sold on the first day Hazel Shipley listed it, for over double what we paid for it 7 years ago! I doubt we could have achieved this without her. She connected us with a great tree trimmer who made our yard and willows more beautiful than we ever saw them before.
