Have not responded to calls, messages, or texts for over two months now - I have been told they have closed, which is a shame as Joe and the team have always done a great job for us.
Joe scheduled to come to my house to give a quote for a new unit and never showed up. I called, texted and waited 2 hours and never heard from him again. Disappointing service.
Mike and Jacob, the techs, were outstanding.. I had a competitor back in February come check the HVAC system out while doing renovations. The competitor found nothing wrong with system.. Well, there were several things..to many to mention. Mike and Jacob were on the ball and found the issues.. I commend both.. Thanks guys..
