Mountain Heating and Cooling was responsive and prompt, they were able to get out the same day (in the pouring rain) and look at my HVAC unit that wasn't cooling. The owner and the techs were very friendly and were able to diagnose the problem, which was my HVAC unit requiring freon. I was originally quoted $225 per pound by the Mountain Heating and Cooling tech to add freon to my Goodman unit. Have not responded to calls, messages, or texts for over two months now - I have been told they have closed, which is a shame as Joe and the team have always done a great job for us.

Joe scheduled to come to my house to give a quote for a new unit and never showed up. I called, texted and waited 2 hours and never heard from him again. Disappointing service.

Mike and Jacob, the techs, were outstanding.. I had a competitor back in February come check the HVAC system out while doing renovations. The competitor found nothing wrong with system.. Well, there were several things..to many to mention. Mike and Jacob were on the ball and found the issues.. I commend both.. Thanks guys..
