I had leaking air unit, I had a company come out," Furnace Doctors" they were rude and so unprofessional, I had a water bubbling sound coming from my wall and water under the air unit, Furnace Doctors told me "nothing wrong with it" I called Mountain Heating and cooling, the lady answered very nice and professional and listened to my issue, they sent Carl out to my house. So far so good with the heat pump and air handler that was installed. Once the warranty company stopped being pathetic and cleared Mountain Heating to go forward with the install everything was great.
Mountain Heating & Cooling is a wonderful family owned company that takes care of their customers. The technicians are very knowledgeable and will work hard to serve your HVAC needs. The office manager goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is satisfied with their experience. If you haven’t used Mountain Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs, I highly recommend that you do.
Everyone, from Heather in the office, to Noah and Kelly in the field, gave excellent service. Today, October 19, 2022, Carl came out to perform annual check up on my 2003 gas furnace. He was amazing. He showed me things that the prior service company (a well known local business) had likely NOT done for some time. I will continue to use Mountain Heating and Cooling for any repairs or service on my furnace. The people, quality service and excellent attention to detail are top notch. Five Stars!!!!
