Cole came and serviced our furnace this week, he was so nice and efficient! He was clear and concise about what was going on and gave us advice on keeping our filters clean.
Mountain Heating and Cooling very responsive and able to get us in for a next day appointment! Cole came out and unfortunately couldn’t clean our dryer vent due to the wrong venting, but was very knowledgeable and professional in providing the next steps to take. Absolutely would recommend!
I feel much more confident knowing that Cole checked out the system during a routine maintenance visit. It would be easy to overlook the annual inspection but the furnace is a critical piece of hardware. Failure could result in a disaster when we are away.
Mountain Heating came to the rescue last October when another company left us with no heat source. They immediately got us on the schedule and installed a new furnace on a tight deadline since we were leaving for several months. The new furnace just had an issue and again the company was very responsive and sent Cole to access the problem, secure the part and get it running again, heating our home. Cole was professional, friendly and quickly got our heat working as it should. Thank you to Cole and Mountain Heating!
