I highly recommend Mountain Heating and Cooling! I had a very thorough check of my furnace system by Darylee, and she uncovered some issues that needed to be addressed. She is so easy to work with! She is professional, knowledgeable, and explained all the issues very well. In addition, April in the office does a great job with scheduling and communication. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service I received and will always use Mountain Heating and Cooling for my HVAC and A/C system maintenance and repairs.
Working with Mountain Heating and Cooling was a great experience from start to finish. Communication was always friendly and professional starting with my initial calls with April, diagnosing the failure of my old furnace and given options with Tyler and Kris, to the final install of a new furnace with Cody, Jeremy, and Darylee. I wanted a HVAC system that could protect against wildfire smoke particulate and fumes (it's going to be a VERY smokey summer...). I worked with Mountain Heating & Cooling to build that system (cutting edge!) and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Cody's work (as well as Kris and all of the Mountain Heating staff) in designing and installing the system. (I know it wasn't easy retrofitting a mid-90's condominium!). If I could give them six stars I would!
