I'm giving this three stars, just because the customer service staff is so nice. Otherwise, this insurance is so frustrating. I'm on it because this is what work has to offer, but I would choose so many insurances over this one. I moved about a year and a half ago, so I needed to establish a primary care doctor. The first time I did one of their online health checks, they said they would email a follow up with a list of PCPs that took their insurance in my town.
