I highly recommend Mountain Grove Ford for service and/or buying a veichle. If I could give them 6 stars I would! I went in for an oil change on my 2025 F-150. The service dept was perfect... polite, on time and very attentive to customer service. I also at the time of my oil change looked at a used vehicle for my wife. Everyone at Wehr Ford is great. We've bought 4 vehicles from them.
The quality of work, honesty, and ability to provide correctly installed tires and parts was not in their service. In addition. I found a missing center on one wheel of my vehicles after a tire rotation. They installed the wrong tires on another vehicle and then requested I pay even more after installing the correct tires. This costs me time, money, and mileage for the several trips back to correct the mistake they made. I now wonder what else was lied about by that employee doing the tire service or what else was hid.
