I didn't have any problems with this company. I would use them again.
Buyer beware. Keep track of your returnables, and make sure you get credit for them. They like to screw you, and at $6 a pop, it adds up. I returned 5 empties, and only got credit for 3, and after 2 phone calls and getting the run-a-round, I decided my time wasn't worth $12 and gave up. Very shady company.
