Friendly staff
This is the worst water delivery company. They overcharged us for years for a hot/cold cooler (when we only had a cold cooler). Then when I cancelled, they continued charging us after we cancelled and refused to refund the money. Their cooler has been waiting for pickup literally for weeks, and I think they won't pick it up so they can try to charge us more.
