We were out of town on vacation with our camper. Two days before we were supposed to leave my pick up started making an odd noise. I got to the service center the next day when they were opening. The service manager very kindly squeezed me into the afternoon. My pickup needed a new alternator. They also found the turbo boost hose had a hole in it which could burst at any time. The next day the part arrived and I had it at the shop at 8:00. By 9:00 the truck was done. Super service from very kind people.
