This is being published under my husband's name as I have no Gmail account. I arrived at this facility after having an arrhythmic heart rate while overnighting at a local casino. I didn't realize when I arrived that it was NOT an Urgent Care facility, and was too ill to care. I got in very quickly, was given an EKG and some other tests, and an ambulance was called for me. DON'T go here If you value your health! Its a collection of UNLICENSED doctor wannabes who are much more concerned about their individual incomes than your health. When they are unable or unwilling to understand your illness it is YOUR fault and you are simply not intelligent enough to understand how stupid you are according to them. BEWARE
This place is horrible. Firstly, there's a large turnover of staff which means that there is co cohesive flow of service. This has led to redundant tests for an easily solved problem. Meanwhile, they'll insist on seeing a patient frequently, for any simple ongoing issue in order to maintain non-narcotic, innocuous prescriptions so that they can bill the hour. Don't expect good bedside manner from the "NP" or to see an actual doctor either. This is the worst medical experience I've had in my life.
The treatment I received from doctors at this office was okay, but the office staff were extremely slow to send referrals/authorizations to my insurance company (TriWest). I often had to call more than once and explain the process and many times the nurses I needed to fill out the paperwork were unavailable to help me.
