My insurance claims its accepted here, when I called in to ask, the receptionist told me they only accept it if it meets certain criteria but didn't offer to help me figure out if they would be able to accept it or not.

I broke my glasses and needed to quickly get mine replaced. I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in within a few days. They put me through all of the testing and I was wondering why I wasn't just getting my prescription looked at. After I was done, when I asked about my new glasses they sent me to a different part of the building where the optical told me they didn't take my insurance.
