They have been great to deal with, no complaints.
I have purchased an echo blower, echo trimmer, and an echo chainsaw here. Always had a wonderful experience and would recommend this store to anyone. Great customer service and knowledge of their products.
I have taken 2 weedeatweedeaters to these people, because they are a warranty service center. Both times tthey have said it was fuel related so the warranty wasn't any good! I think they do this so tthey don't have to do wrranty work. I will be contacting the manufacturer and filling a formal complaint!
Bought a new mower and the experience was great no pressure and good people.
I took a chain saw to them and told them I needed a new carburetor they quoted the carburetor at 35 $then the next day said it was going to be 55$ and 190$ to fix a 230$saw so I tell them no thank you I'll pick it up then they charged me 35$ to pick it up for looking at it .and today went to another shop got the carburetor for 15 $ I wouldn't recommend this crook to any one .
I tuck my weed eater in there it was there 2 weeks or longer so I call them to check on it they said it would be 130.00 to fix it said it need a new carburetor fuel line and fuel filter I said no I will pick it up so on my way home I pick up some fuel line and carburetor cleaner spent 10 to 12.00 dollars to make the long store short it runs like a new one for 118.00 less and no new carburetor
Bad costumer sercice Order a part have to go find it because they dont call they say they have it but need to go back or they will call finaly they keep My money dont recomend this place
