Two Months ago new owners took over. Wyoming Apts LLC but I cannot find any information about them. The place is not maintained as well. Weeds are growing everywhere. Mowing happens occasionally and only mow where a riding mower can reach. Dog feces is ridiculous. (That’s on the dog owners.) But picking up is not being enforced either. I have been here 8 years most of the apartments have updated windows but not the apartment I am in. It pretty much is the same carpet since 1976. DO NOT RENT HERE! They will scam you out of your deposit and they make living there feel like you are in a prison camp. Condescending notes put on people's doors with rules they make up on the spot, written like they are talking to children and not rent paying adults! Here is a quote from the ridiculous pool rules "If there are ANY clouds AT ALL, GET OUT OF THE POOL. You should be mature enough to know the dangers of lightning." Yes, they capped those words!
