Highly recommend staying away from Mountain Edge Car Wash. The man I spoke to about the damages to my wife’s vehicle stated “ it’s over 5 years old there’s nothing we can do about it “. I think it’s honestly PATHETIC how they operate when it comes down to fixing problems. I was also charged for a wash and then charged for the membership. Which I obviously cancelled after the damages was done to my wife’s car.
I have the monthly plan that charges $27.99/mo. When first opened, the front and back of my truck was manually brushed as entering, and I never had spots left on my windshield. Now, I have to wash my windshield with brush and water, as well as other places when arriving at home. The quality has definitely gone downhill. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling and washing it myself.
I love a great car wash. I took my Dad’s white Buick here and not only is it a great carwash but I had a big problem and Sierra Trail and the gentleman working with her were a HUGE help. They went above and beyond to help me find a lost key fob. I’m so grateful for their customer service! And the car wash was great too!
The young man who made sure our car was immaculate, and even came to check on us and see if we were doing okay cleaning the inside went beyond what an employee is called to do. We got home to discover we had accidentally thrown away some important items in a tied grocery bag which are vital for my husband, and that gentleman (I didn't catch his name) went through ALL the trash to find it for us. We bought the most expensive wash and it didn't even touch the back of my Murano. The dryer didn't do it's job eithe. Only good part was the free vacuum. Not impressed.
