I love a great car wash. I took my Dad’s white Buick here and not only is it a great carwash but I had a big problem and Sierra Trail and the gentleman working with her were a HUGE help. They went above and beyond to help me find a lost key fob. I’m so grateful for their customer service! And the car wash was great too!
The young man who made sure our car was immaculate, and even came to check on us and see if we were doing okay cleaning the inside went beyond what an employee is called to do. We got home to discover we had accidentally thrown away some important items in a tied grocery bag which are vital for my husband, and that gentleman (I didn't catch his name) went through ALL the trash to find it for us. Do NOT go to this car wash. I had my mirror on my 2022 Subaru crushed. The employees found all the pieces when I went back looking for them. The female in charge could have cared less. As I was leaving the parking lot a Wythville police officer told me that his mother in law had her windshield wipers ripped off. He told me that they get so many complaints about this car wash! The police officer told me if he wasn’t in the police cruiser he would never go to this car wash!! BEWARE!!!
Easy in and out car wash. The rinse cycle needs to be increased a little, it's been leaving spots on my vehicle. Other than that its great.
Terrible service terrible attitude of the employees where you pay at. I've seen Subaru Outbacks with a factory installed rack the same as mine go through this car wash before. But today they refused that. So I asked him do you not have the adjustment switch like modern car washes have anymore? The little kid responded Yes we do but we still don't allow you to go through there.
