I love a great car wash. I took my Dad’s white Buick here and not only is it a great carwash but I had a big problem and Sierra Trail and the gentleman working with her were a HUGE help. They went above and beyond to help me find a lost key fob. I’m so grateful for their customer service! And the car wash was great too!
The young man who made sure our car was immaculate, and even came to check on us and see if we were doing okay cleaning the inside went beyond what an employee is called to do. We got home to discover we had accidentally thrown away some important items in a tied grocery bag which are vital for my husband, and that gentleman (I didn't catch his name) went through ALL the trash to find it for us. We bought the most expensive wash and it didn't even touch the back of my Murano. The dryer didn't do it's job eithe. Only good part was the free vacuum. Not impressed.
Easy in and out car wash. The rinse cycle needs to be increased a little, it's been leaving spots on my vehicle. Other than that its great.
I have a monthly membership but work until 5 and they shut it down twice in the last 7 days. They say due to cold but opening at 8am when it's going to be colder. Canceling my membership sheets you can get carwash in cold
