I was referred to this office by my PCP. I called a few days later to see about making my appointment and spoke with Charles who was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me. I am thankful that they aren’t accepting new patients. Seems like I dodged a bullet. Charles - you need to find a new profession that doesn’t pertain to customer service.

I STARTED TRYING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR LANE LAST APRIL 2019. IT WOULD TAKE ME 2 MONTHS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AND 1 WEEK BEFORE EVERY APPOINTMENT HER OFFICE WOULD CALL TO RESCHEDULE. I HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED 5 TIMES AND TODAY THEY CALLED AND TRIED TO RESCHEDULE ME AGAIN!!!! OF COURSE, THIS TIME I TOLD THEM TO NOT BOTHER TO RESCHEDULE BECAUSE IT WAS OBVIOUS BY NOW THAT I WASNT GETTING AN APPOINTMENT! THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Dr lane is my favorite doctor, she is kind, approachable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, always on time, I can't say enough nice things about her!

I am happy with my visits with nurse practitioner and doctor, though very unhappy with the long delays in responding when I need a question answered. When leaving a message, the recording says it may be a 72 hr. response period. They also have a way to message them online. I messaged once in February and once a week ago. Still have not received a response from either of those online portal messages and I don't believe anyone even reads them. So I called a left a message and still haven't heard anything.

I see Dr.Winerib and he is awesome! Very knowledgeable and always very kind. Good bed side manner.
