Was referred back in September. Didn't get an appointment until the second week of October. That appointment was cancelled half an hour before the appointment time (and I was already on my way). They scheduled it again two weeks later. This time I was sitting in their parking lot getting ready to go in when I found out the appointment had been cancelled AGAIN.
