They lie to cover thier shortcomings, Instead of just saying , i'm sorry , we forgot. We waited a month to get a replacement debit card.And then they had to overnight it because they forgot to send it, Then We have to wait another two weeks to get the pin number. We will be taking our business elsewhere, To a bank , that will actually do what they're supposed to do and when , they're supposed to do it.
