I received a construction loan that rolled over into a 5 year mortgage. To say it's been a bumpy road, might be an understatement. However, they have worked with me through the whole process and always treated me with kindness and respect. Even on my less happy days..... Would recommend!
Nothing but issues ever since I switched to them
requested a pre approval letter for a home purchase on December 1st. these typically take less than a day to complete. 6 days later the home I was trying to purchase went under contract. I believe the loan officer passed the home info to someone else who bought the property out from under me. I could not submit an offer without a pre approval letter. I have yet to receive a pre approval letter as of Jan 6th (today). I buy 2 to 3 properties per year and will not do business with MCB.
