I have a long-standing relationship with the great team at Mountain City service. They have maintained and repaired both HVAC and plumbing systems for me at my home and have always done an excellent job. Even when demand is high, they are quick to respond, solve problems effectively and then charge a fair price for their work.
Really disappointed with how Mountain City bills their clients for services rendered; it's unethical and I would highly recommend avoiding this company. I found out in hindsight that the first hour of labor begins when the service is dispatched to your house - our driver was 35-40 minutes away. For a non emergency situation, the part required to fix our issue was not on hand and a run to the store was required.
