I have rented from Gary and Dee for five years and they were the most amazing landlord's ever. Everything in our apartment was always functional, and if something broke it was fixed the next day. We rented a place that was all inclusive and everything inside was always top notch.
This guy is shady. He wouldn't give me my full deposit back because he found some dirt on my kitchen floor. He also gave me and my husband the incorrect touch up paint to use before we moved out and then said that he had to repaint because of this... Utterly ridiculous
