My husband and I arrived 15 minutes before the date and time they noted on his appointment card only for the receptionist to tell him that he didn't have an appointment. She wouldn't even look at the card they gave him. All she said was that he must have missed his appointment since he wasn't in the computer! He had his card they gave him but she wouldn't even look at it and blamed him then blamed the other receptionist?! So unprofessional and rude. If the receptionist is this bad it reflects poorly on the doctor. We'll glad... read more
