I've known Dr Picarello and have been a patient of his for well over 20 years. He and his entire staff are very considerate, kind, compassionate and mindful of any issues their patients may have. He has always been very thorough in his treatment plans and if he thinks other means of treatment are necessary he is always willing to recommend them.
