Mountain Caretaker managed my townhome complex in Eagle. Very unresponsive. My irrigation system did no work since purchasing the home in 2012. After inquiring verbally and through email nothing was ever done. Typical fly-by-night company locally owned and operated.
Very unhelpful. Charged a lot of money for no service. Would not recommend
