I ordered an arrangement a week ago to be delivered for a Birthday on 4/15. I called this morning (4/16) at 9:45am to confirm the arrangement was delivered as I did not hear from the recipient. The person I talked with "put me on hold" but did not actually put me on hold. I heard a conversation that indicated the flowers were not delivered and the arrangement was overlooked.
