Melissa in Corporate is EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional; really should not be employed within this company or any customer service job for that matter. There was/is an issue I contacted corporate on for assistance & she REFUSED to assist me, feels it is okay to falsify records & actually hung up in my face! Residents and people are not treated like VIPS rather garbage!
Awwwwful place to live.
They say on the website "Our Residents Are Treated As “VIPs” -“Very Important People”" but that is so not true. Sometimes they are ok, when it is convenient, but they give very little notice for major projects, and make no accommodations for handicaps. I understand that some things take time, so I have thus far been very understanding. However, I did not appreciate being brushed off and told to park several blocks away while sidewalks are repaired.
