The place is going down letting anyone to move in when I move here only working people live here it was so peaceful now they letting section 8 move in I see more and more people going to the woods smoking weed and don't ask me how many condoms I have seen. The property manager is mean and talks down to the tenants as well as the employees.
If you want to be harassed by other tenants and have landlords strip you of your rights at every turn,then by all means rent from them.Otherwise,look elsewhere or at least keep a lawyer number handy in case you have to settle for one of their many concentration camps located throughout the Northeast.
They changed the heating system in country club apartments in Eatontown nj now and it's freezing, they received many complaints by other residents also and they have done nothing, it's 14° outside with a wind chill of -4. My advice don't rent from here! Electric bill is sky high from portable heaters! Too expensive.
