This guy is so sleazy he shut down his Yelp profile to prevent people from writing bad reviews. I had to get a judgement against him in court because he refused to complete the job after demanding payment. He and his father-in-law committed perjury in court. Stay away from this clown.
This guy is a lying punk. He demanded payment in cash before the work was completed. When I insisted that he come back and finish the job he showed up at my house with a carload of strangers and tried to start a confrontation. I ended up having to pay another contractor thousands of dollars to clean up after Jacob. He and his father-in-law committed perjury in court and he submitted several false statements to the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.
