They don’t even deserve 1 star. New patient. It’s nearly impossible to get them to answer phone calls. They scheduled me for a Friday at 9:30am. I received a voicemail on Thursday morning asking me to call them back. I called them back at least 5x between the hours of 9:30am-4pm. No response. No call back. I showed up to my appointment the next morning and the sign on the door said they’re CLOSED. wow. Some notice would have been nice. Maybe in the voicemail you left me saying to call you back? Dr May was very helpful and throughly explained my needs as a new patient.
I do not recommend this office. It is so difficult to get refil on prescriptions and to have them correct. The doctor will state one thing, while the office staff will state something else. They seem to keep their out of office recording on just so they don't have to answer calls.
