Ordered my shed and was told that it would take three weeks for them to start building, then about 1 week afterwards to be built. We are 8 weeks in now, and still have not received our shed. I’ve called about 4 times, every time I’ve been given false information, saying “we just received the parts yesterday” three times. Finally, I was able to speak with a supervisor, who told us it was almost done, and that I would get a call in a couple days, it’s been over a week since that phone call and still, nothing. We bought a building from them years ago and are now thinking of getting another one. The building is built very well. The people we dealt with and delivery person were very nice.

they're wonderful storage sheds and dog house we have bought several buildings from mountain Barn builders there in Clarkrange tennessee. and then when we moved to Greenfield Tennessee we got them to bring one of our buildings there what a very nice experience with the young man that came and set the building up very friendly and knows his job good training there at mountain Barn builders in Clarkrange tennessee if you haven't been there you need to go buy your next building from them
Great people to work with and I'm very pleased with our building. Our sales lady, Cheyenne, was wonderful at answering my many, many questions, helping me to make the changes we wanted and keeping us updated through the process. The building arrived just as we ordered, and the set-up crew was very polite and did a wonderful job!
