Unfortunately, this appraisal service is easily swayed to report false numbers. I guess that is great if you want to be dishonest for whatever reason. During any kind split equity situation, steer clear. She ended up costing me a lot of money. She reported that in 2 years, a house in a key Park City location gained $10k in equity (entire Utah housing market went up 12%)...
