I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. The manager is known for violating tenants' rights. She is unprofessional and untrustworthy. DO NOT trust this woman, she is a terrible apartment manager. She will put on a front and seem polite at first, but that will change in a blink of an eye. These apartments are not as they seem.
Multiple apartments have mold in them. The playground for the kids is outdated and falling apart. There is cat poop, and garbage in the sand/dirt. They will not clean it or take proper care of it. There is also a terrible ant problem that they also refuse to do anything about. During the winter they refuse to put down ice melt or anything to prevent tenants from slipping and falling in the parking lot. The safety of the tenants does not seem to be a big priority.
