I have a commercial property that has been monitored by Mountain Alarm for more than twenty years. Before Mountain Alarm was bought by Pye-Baker, they were an alright company, now they are anything but alright. Prices have doubled and service sucks!!! What else do you need to know?! Steer clear of these guys and your life will be better for it.
Mark Edward Smith has been a pro in directing is remotely when our fire alarm was going off due to a water leakage from the roof. When none can figure out how to turn off the alarm he fixed it by talking to the maintenance person on a phone call and everything is fixed in place and intact within no time. I highly recommend this guy to fix any sort of problem certainly a to go and very reliable employee I would like to have to install security and fire systems for my future home,
CRAZY OVERPRICED NON-SENSICAL SERVICE! Prices have risen sharply over the last couple of years from $20 a month to $56 a month for commercial fire monitoring, we have put up with it but no longer. Save yourself the effort and find a better, more reasonably priced company.
Terrible. Moved into a commercial space today that has Mountain Alarm - they themselves gave me keycards to the space today. We were moving things in tonight when suddenly the alarms went off. Gave them a call to see what to do and they said to call someone on Monday. It’s currently Friday at 10pm. I asked if we were supposed to just leave it blaring all weekend long and they said this was a “tricky situation” but couldn’t do anything.
