My stay was from 10/23/09 untill 10/26/09. my jeep wrangler developed a miss in the engine on saturday nigth. It was on Monday before I could get a machanic, I got to Machanicat 7:30am,as soon as they opened. I asked mountain Air for at least 12;00 hopefully untill 1;00pm for check out. They gave me untill 12;00. at 11:45 I called from machanics shop to ask for untill 1:00 machanic wasn't through with repairs. Was told I could pay for the extra day..Sorry but I wont be staying there anymore you lose in the long run Only 8 ro... read more
My parents have always stayed here when in Pigeon Forge and loved it. Its a great value and it very well maintained and is exceptionally clean. Great to stay in a privately owned hotel where people care about return visitors rather than just collecting a paycheck from the corporate chain! Very kind people.
Very clean, quaint, convenient, nice to deal with actual owner that a corp.
we stayed here and found it to be clean and uniquely arranged. we loved the bathroom in the middle of the beds. we always stay in cabins but arrived early and stayed at this motel and found it to be a pleasant surprise
