Edit: You see her rude and exaggerated response shows her true colors. Qualified technicians didn't disappear during COVID. They realized their worth and are working with quality companies not manipulators who beg for positive reviews and then attack anyone negative. With how horribly you treat customers I can't imagine how you treated your employees. We have two units installed by Mountain Air. One stopped working correctly. Tim the technician was first class.The only problem I had was when an ordered part came to them, I was scheduled another week out by the scheduler rather than completing the job. Personally, I think taking care of a job when the part comes in would rate a higher priority. Work done was highly satisfactory.
I had my AC units serviced 2 yrs ago by Tim and he was awesome. Unfortunately he has closed his business in Elizabethton relocated to Butler. Before I could even ask who she would recommend she hung up on. She was very unprofessional too say the least. If Tim is hiring people with this unpleasant personality I would avoid this business at all costs. I give this business a "big fat" one star for being rude and unacceptable. The secretary needs to be fired immediately!! 😞
We have two units installed by Mountain Air. One stopped working correctly. It is still under warranty and I called to ask for maintenance only to be told they don't service my area any longer. They suggested calling other Carrier dealers. When other calls told me they didn't want to service it if they didn't install it Mountain Air still doesn't want to do anything.
