Called mountain air to address my A/C unit, not working, the lady said she would give the message to Tom, never heard back, called again later that day asking if they could come out to look at it, they said they we will be in the area tomorrow, and they will come out….great, however tomorrow came and no visit, no call…. nothing, called the next day asking why they didn’t come out, she said we were busy, that day, I quess they don’t have phones, e-mail , messaging, called again ( I wanted to use mountain air because they inst... read more
Horrible customer service. The pan under my AC unit in the basement overflowed last fall, and my thermostat shut down. It had started to get very chilly in the mornings, and we had no heat. After numerous calls and leaving messages I finally got a call back and a service man came. He emptied my drain pan using a cup to scoop the water into a pail. He told me that the pump was bad and that I would get a call back to schedule replacement of the pump. He basically put a bandaid on the problem. I never received a callback and th... read more
If I could give these people less than one star, I would. We waited almost a full 2 months for someone to come out and take a look at our unit, because we had no heat. After waiting for so long for someone to come out, a guy finally shows up unannounced at our house, does not come to the door to let us know he is there, and then proceeds to take some type of metal stuck and bang it up against our unit.
