I'm no business man, BUT ... Hanging up on repeat customers is not a good business model. MAH&C installed our system and we arranged for an annual service well in advance, "Tech will call you en route." Today we waited and waited, left half a dozen messages, no return. My wife finally got a human about 4pm, who got snippy with us then she finally hung up on my wife. SUFFICE IT TO SAY... Buh-bye. We are done here.

Called on 10/30/25 to schedule a service appointment. Was told that service could be completed 11/4/25 and that the technician would reach out with a time in the morning. Sat home all day, called FOUR times to only receive a recording. Finally got a human on the phone at 3:45 PM only to be told that people without heat get priority. The person sounding a bit ruffled so I told the person that I understood that and asked why wouldn’t Mountain Air not call us to reschedule. Called mountain air to address my A/C unit, not working, the lady said she would give the message to Tom, never heard back, called again later that day asking if they could come out to look at it, they said they we will be in the area tomorrow, and they will come out….great, however tomorrow came and no visit, no call…. nothing, called the next day asking why they didn’t come out, she said we were busy, that day, I quess they don’t have phones, e-mail , messaging, called again ( I wanted to use mountain air because they inst... read more

Horrible customer service. The pan under my AC unit in the basement overflowed last fall, and my thermostat shut down. It had started to get very chilly in the mornings, and we had no heat. After numerous calls and leaving messages I finally got a call back and a service man came. He emptied my drain pan using a cup to scoop the water into a pail. If I could give these people less than one star, I would. We waited almost a full 2 months for someone to come out and take a look at our unit, because we had no heat. After waiting for so long for someone to come out, a guy finally shows up unannounced at our house, does not come to the door to let us know he is there, and then proceeds to take some type of metal stuck and bang it up against our unit.
