Do NOT buy this deal on Living Social or Groupon. It is a total scam. They are rude, reschedule over and over again with hardly any notice/won't show up. I don't know why the deal sites continue to do business with them.

On Monday, July 21, I was visited by Mountain Air Duct Cleaning. I had purchased a Groupon through Blue Sky Duct Cleaning who subcontract other companies out. I was not aware of this, nor was I told that would be the case. My fiancé was at home awaiting the individual. They were not on time and I called to obtain the current status of my appointment. 1 of the worst companies I ever had to deal with. I made an appointment for 9 am,they called and confirmed the day before,then no one showed up. I called back and they said "oh the appt. was set for 1pm." K, I made another appt. for the next. day again for 11-1..again, no one showed up. I called again,then she called the tech. who said he will be there after 3pm..so I have to basically have to sit around and wait for them to show up if and when they want to..so no point in making an appointment..I cancelled and do not want t... read more

Duct cleaning was accomplished and except for leaking water all over the floor, it went reasonable well. When they got to the HVAC, they cleaned it out (extra change) and everything seemed OK. About 2 months later, after an extremely hot/humid spell, I notice water leaking from the exchanger. I called Mountain Air Duct Services to get advice on what could be causing the problem or if they needed to come take a look. I have purchased a coupon from Living Social for a whole house air duct cleaning from Mountain Air Duct. I later found out they sent BreathEasy ( another vendor) . The technician from Breath Easy came on June 5, 2014 at 10:20 am. Immediately after entering the house the person (never disclosed his name) wanted to see the vent and the furnace.
