We have been visiting SGI for the past 10 years and using RVP for the last 6 years. We have always had a good experience with them. Everyone we have dealt with has been courteous, helpful and professional. Any problem with the rental house has been promptly resolved, we wouldn't use any other company. If tere is a maintenance or housekeeping issue all you need to do is call them! Rental houses get a lot of hard use so you can't expect perfection but RVP will fix a problem. May family and I have been visiting St. George for more than a decade. We've used RVP exclusively for most of that time. While we rented through various other agencies in the beginning, no one matches the service of Resort Vacation Properties. We have never had an issue renting a house. Payment process is straight forward and up front the expenses are clear. We have received what they advertised. No issues with linens. House is always clean. Our group of 18 (8 adults and 10 kids) rented The Carousel house in Morgantown. It was absolutely perfect! The house was huge and provided plenty of space for all of us. The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean! The House is a very short 5 minute walk to the beach and pool. While there we accidentally locked the door to the upstairs wing. The owners responded immediately and came out to unlock it for us. I hope to stay here again!!! The website pictures don’t do this place justice!!!

If I could give it a negative I would. Like the friends I was with we were all extremely disappointed with our stay at Gulf House from the non-working elevator, for nearly our whole trip, to the completely shabby room. Because we had to climb stairs to the 6th floor we hated to go down with our kids for crab hunting at night which really put a damper on a family vacation! Very disappointed. We were told ahead of time that the elevator was being worked on but would be running the day after we arrived. After we arrived, we learned that the elevator wouldn't be operational for another 5 days. We were on the 6th floor. We were flat out lied to. Will not use this company again.
