Tim came to my home for an emergency situation with our AC unit. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it like the professional he is. After completing the task, he took the time to explain what had been done. He is truly a top-tier professional, and I would rate the service a 10/10!

One of these d-bags was ripping off the Swannanoa Church, during hurricane Helene response, stealing things that were part of their infrastructure for handling donations, then jetting off with his wife in the front seat. And claiming to not speak English.

DO NOT USE. This company has been the worst company to work with. They installed a unit and did not stand behind any of it. It's been a year and the unit had to be replaced (by someone else of course) Neighbors also used them and had the same problems. Do not use! They do terrible work, use poor equipment, and do no stand behind the work or product. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to replace a unit that is a year old. Should be Zero Stars....

They installed a unit on a new construction home that failed within 24 months, so the builder asked me to contact them directly. They told me they were "too busy" too handle any service or warranty work, and that I could call "anyone I want". I told them yes - that's why I am calling you. He was going to check with the office and call me back - they never called back.
