Kevin was very honest and respectful! I totally recommend this company.
First service on our mini splits after buying house and boy, did they need it! Scott explained the process as they cleaned. Neil did not give up when a tiny support piece went flying off the unit and found it so no parts order needed. Both made sure to explain importance of monthly filter cleaning and made sure I was comfortable removing and replacing them.
