Booked tickets for the bus then got an email hours before departure saying it's cancelled. When I emailed back to request refund they ignored 3 of my emails, then 4th email they said I have to indicate the date of trip which I did and forwarded to them their original email about the cancellation, then haven't heard back since despite 2 more emails requesting refund. NEVER BOOK WITH THESE THEIVES
Cancelled my bus 16 hours before departure because they didn't sell enough tickets. This is not enough time to figure out an alternative. I would have appreciated your making it clear that the bus might run / might not so I could have planned around it.
