I have rented from this mgmt company going on 4 yrs, to say they lack communication is an understatement. When you pay over $2500 a month in rent I expect quality and timely repairs. It took 7 months for the floors to be repaired from the hurricane and the vendor that they use does not do expert work by any means (I would not pay or hire him to do work in my own home). They expect you to interact with their vendors but they don’t tell you that they have even contacted the vendor or that they have even taken any action. I wou... read more

Our experience was anything but pleasant and would caution people to avoid doing business here, For nearly a quarter of the lease we were forced to live in circumstances suggestive of a "crack house." Have photos and videos to confirm.
