My family did not get the opportunity to attend our scheduled appointments. In May I called this office and asked them if they take VSP insurance, prior to enrolling in the VSP vision plan. They assured me that they did. I said great and signed up for a VSP plan for my family. The coverage started June 1st. I took my prescription to them along with my own frames to have new lenses put in my frames. Finally around a month later I get the call to pick them up. My daughter works just down the street from them so she picked them up. When I got the glasses I put them on and could not see anything up close. The bifocals was blurry and I couldn’t see.
