Been coming here for years to get haircuts. I always ask for Minh because he's had the best understanding of how my hair works out of any barber shop or hair salon I've been to. I have a hard time consistently styling my hair the way I'd like and this shop always gives me that little boost of confidence back. I had a very disappointing experience today. The barber seemed unhappy and unfriendly throughout my haircut. While cutting my hair, he was constantly talking instead of paying full attention. When someone he knew came in and was waiting, I felt like he rushed to finish my haircut. I was sent out covered in hair without even being cleaned off properly. As a paying customer, I expected better service and more professionalism. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

The work she did looks fine, it's just definitely NOT what I told her I wanted. No complaints on my hair, but she messed up my beard. I told her I just wanted a little trim, just to clean up the edges a bit. Instead, she grabbed my beard, said "too long," and just snipped off like half of it. She salvaged it so it looks fine, but it's not what I want to look like. I guess just go out of your way to be extremely clear about exactly what you want, and you'll probably be fine.
