We took in a farm cat that was having some issues. They got us in pretty fast and did a very good job explaining everything to us. The cat is doing amazing and it’s all thanks to them. Super friendly and super affordable. Will be going back with all the other animals we have!
This animal hospital literally saved my dogs life. They took her in last minute, promptly and as a new patient. They offered affordable, effective treatment plans and they were very kind to me and my husband and most importantly our fur baby. I can never thank them enough for being efficient and effective and saving my Rayne! Without their prompt and compassionate services, We may not have had our beautiful baby anymore!

So happy I decided to make my appt here today. The doc and vet tech handled my old kitty just the way I wanted to see her handled. They treated us with kindness and consideration and made sure to do a thorough and complete assessment. I don't live in Knox County, but when my older dog experienced an emergency, I called Mount Vernon Animal Hospital, and they were able to get my dog in. The techs who worked almost an hour on cleaning up the blood that was matted on my dog's fur were kind, patient and gentle. And I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Jess, who saw my dog on her lunch "break".
