After attempting to get my laptop repaired at PC land, and through Virginia Techs services, both informed me that either they lacked the capacity to do such a repair, or that they couldn't work on my particular brand of laptop because they didn't have a supplier for parts. I contacted Keith about the issue, and he was able to send it off to be serviced with no issues, at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new laptop. I had a Sony Vaio that would not stay turned on past logging in. When Keith came to my apartment and rethermaled the CPU connection, he was realistic about the condition it was in and explained the next steps I should take if rethermaling did not work. Keith was available and happily willing to answer follow up questions. Customer service and friendliness came easy to Keith and Mount Tabor Service. They are knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them to take of any computer troubles.
