Our unit was broken into. They didn't even cut the lock, instead they cut the door locking latch that the lock was in. Half of my stuff was gone. I thought it would be more secured inside the climate controlled area since you need a code to get inside. Nope, they got in. Called Mount Storage & was told to file a police report. Police arrived & noticed no cameras inside the building. I filed the report & called Mount Storage back to see if someone can come out to replace the locking latch on the unit so I could secure the res... read more
Great customer service, quick and easy set up with no hassle and very friendly staff. Also very well lit and very clean premises. Price is unbeatable and the unit is as described.
