Terrible customer service, most of assisting staff don’t know which services can be provided. Paying $350 just to hear from doctor that “we don’t do this test here”, it must be a joke! Worst urology experience ever.

I feel like i was robbed. $348. The doctor was there no more than 4 minutes. No diagnose. Come back in 2 weeks, and *ATENTION* he told me to take IBUPROFEN for the pain. Never coming back again.
i was hospitalised november 25th room 6113 i think ...5 stars hospital nurses, 5 stars doctors, 5 stars personnel...The lady who took care of me, of my room the cleanliness, the kindness, I made a big mess, i was so very sorry , with the smile she covered my mess she was kind all the way ,,,she deserves 2500 stars Thank you to all of the people who took care of me , i came in a bad shape , you did a great great job on me ...Thank you again
