The technician who took my blood pressure on Friday was contemptuous to me, presumably because I asked a lot of questions. He refused to get me a glass if water despite the facts that I am in my late seventies, I had indicated I was lightheaded, the doctor had suggested I was dehydrated and it was ninety degrees outside. Perhaps he thinks uppity ,old, unaccompanied women don't deserve better treatment.
