Deeply disappointed with the lack of organization and empathy. My experience here has been nothing but consistently frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been seeing this psychiatrist for five years, and somehow every appointment still feels like the first one. Every visit starts with the same redundant intake questions (“Any guns in the home?” “Any history of mental illness?”) that eat up half the session. It’s a complete waste of time and money—especially when each appointment is billed for $550–$950 with no explanation for the price difference. This Counseling Center is becoming a great place for patients to seek help for their mental health. Please don’t “judge” the workers in here, they are doing their best despite being short staffed!! 🫶🏼🙏🏼
